Proclamation No. 623

RESERVING FOR HOSPITAL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section seventy-six of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for hospital purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the City of Baguio, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-7429, to wit:

Lot No. 87-A-2.—A parcel of land (lot No. 87-A-2 of the subdivision plan Bsd-7429, being a portion of lot No. 87-A of Baguio Town site, Residence Section "A", G. L. R. O. Record No.), situated in Residence Section "A" City of Baguio, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE. by lot No. 87-A-l of the subdivision plan; on the SE., by lot No. 175 of the subdivision plan; and on the SW., by lot No. 175 of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 22° 49′ W., 503.71 m., more or less, from Triangulation Station "Happy," City of Baguio, thence N. 41° 24′ W, 34.37 m. to point "2"; thence S., 76° 27′ E., 65.87 m. to point "3"; thence S. 75° 53′ W., 42.95 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of six hundred fifty square meters (650), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, point "1" is marked by old B. L. concrete monument; and points

2″ and "3", by stakes; bearings true; declination 1° 30′ E.-date of the original survey, during 1911-1912; and that of the subdivision survey, February 5 and March 7, 1940.

Lot No. 174.—A parcel of land (lot No. 174 of the Residence Section "A", Baguio Town site, G. L. R. O. Record No.), situated in the Residence Section "A", City of Baguio, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE. by lot No. 175 of the subdivision plan; on the SE., by lot No. 84-B of plan Bsd-1713; and on the SW., by lot No. 84-B of plan Bsd-1713. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 20° 39′ W., 530.29 m., more or less, from Triangulation Station "Happy", City of Baguio, thence N. 58° 36′ W., 37.47 m. to point "2"; thence N. 54° 22′ W., 43.49 m. to point "3"; thence S. 77° 08′ E., 128.02 m. to point "4"; thence S. 74° 07′ W., 59.74 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight square meters (1,898), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "3" and "4" are marked by B. L. concrete monuments; and the rest, by old B. L. con­crete monuments; bearings true; declination 1° 30′ E.; date of the original survey, during 1911-1912; and that of the subdivision survey, February 5 and March 7, 1940.

Note:—Additional lot No. 174 is a portion of the road.

Lot No. 175.~A parcel of land (lot No. 175 of the Residence Section "A", Baguio Town site, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the Residence Section "A", City of Baguio, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the N. by Legarda Road and lot No. 87-A-2 of the subdivision plan; on the NE., by lot No. 87-A-2 of the subdivision plan and Benguet Road; on the SE., by lot No. 84-B of plan Bsd-1713; and on the SW., by lot No. 174 of the subdivision plan and lot No. 84-B of plan Bsd-1713. Beginning at a point marked "1"on plan, being S. 29° 24′ W., 518.10 m., more or less, from Triangulation Station "Happy," City of Baguio, thence N. 54° 22′ W., 55.90 m. to point "2"; thence S. 76° 27′ E., 84.08 m. to point "3"; thence S. 41° 24′ E., 34.37 m. to point "4"; thence N. 75° 53′ E., 42.59 m. to point "5"; thence S. 76° 27′ E., 64.43 m. to point "6"; thence S. 74° 07′ W. 39.70 m. to point "7"; thence N. 77° 08′ W., 128.02 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of two thousand eight hundred twenty-five square meters (2,825), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1" and "7" are marked by B. L. concrete monuments; points "3" and "5" by stakes; and the rest, B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination 1° 30′ E.; date of the original survey, during 1911-1912; and that of the subdivision survey, February 5 and March 7, 1940.
