RESERVING FOR OFFICERS’ LANDING PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF LAND IN THE PORT AREA, CITY OF MANILA.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred forty-one, as amended, I hereby reserve for officers’ landing purposes, under the administration of the United States Navy, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following described parcels of the public domain, situated in the Port Area, City of Manila, island of Luzon, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan FR-4, to wit:

Lot No. I.—Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Fr-4, S. 20° 33′ W. 964.32 m., more or less, from B. L. L. U 41, Manila Cad. No. 13, thence S. 44° 31′ E. 46.10 m. to point 2; S. 45′ 29′ W. 8.78 m. to point 3; N. 44° 37’ W. 16.07 m. to point 4; No. 45° 22′ E. 8.86 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 406.4 square meters.

Point 1, cross on concrete pavement; point 2, B. L. concrete monument; point 3, cross on boulder; point 4, cross on concrete.

Bounded on the northeast and southeast, by lot No. 5 of Plan Bcs-90; on the southwest, by lot No. 2; and on northwest, by lot No. 1 of plan Bcs-90.

Lot No. 2.-Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Fr-4, S. 20° 46’ W. 972.38 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 41, Manila Cad. No. 13, thence S. 44° 37 E. 46.07 m. to point 2; S. 45° 29’ W. 17.24 m. to point 3; N. 44° 31’ W. 60.75 m. to point 4; N. 44° 50’ E. 17.13 m. to point 5; S. 44° 37 E. 14.87 m. to point 1, of beginning

Containing an area of 1,045.8 square meters.

Point 1, cross on concrete; point 2, cross on boulder; points 3 and 4. points of Manila Bay; point 5, cross on retaining wall.

Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 1 of plan Iics-90 and lot No. 1; and on the southeast, southwest and northwest, by Manila Bay.

Bearings true. Declination, variable. Points referred to are marked on plan Fr-4.

Surveyed: August 8, 1939. Approved: July 16, 1940.

NOTE:

Lot No. 1 is equal lot No, 2, Bcs-90 as surveyed for the same applicant.

Lot No. 2 is outside Manila Cad. 13, case No. 14, formerly a portion of Manila Bay.
