MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 613 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE (3) PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CALIAT, MUNICIPALITY OF SOLANO, PROVINCE OF NUEVA vIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Caliat, municipality of Solano, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16502, to wit: Lot No. 5312.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16502, N. 87° 30′ W. 411.45 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 24, Solano Cad. No. 178, thence N. 17° 22′ E. 60.90 m. to point 2; S. 76° 24′ E. 26.23 m. to point 3; S. 5° 29′ W. 110.30 m. to point 4; N. 29° 40′ W. 66.86 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area 2,925 square meters. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the north by road; on the east, by lot No. 5313; on the southwest, by lot No. 5311; and on the northwest, by road. Lot No. 5313.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swc-16502, N. 79° 29’ W. 344.59 m., more or less from B. L. L. M. No. 24, Solano Cad. No. 178, thence S. 4° 26’ W. 142.31 m. to point 2; N. 35° 59’ W. 47.97 m. to point 3; N. 5° 29’ E. 110.56 m. to point 4; S. 76° 16’ E. 29.43 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 3,822 square meters. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the north by road; on the east, by lot No. 5314; on the southwest, by lot No. 5311; and on the west, by lot No. 5312. Lot No. 5314.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16502, N. 79° 29′ W. 344.59 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 24, Solano Cad. No. 178, thence S. 76° 12′ E. 29.38 m. to point 4; N. 4° 26′ E. 142.31 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 4,303 square meters. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the north by road; on the east, by lot No. 5315; on the southwest, by Depoday Creek; and on the west, by lot No. 5313. Bearings true. Declination 0° 30′ E. Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16502. Surveyed: May 14, 1924. Approved: April 9, 1940.
