Proclamation No. 602

RESERVING FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF NASOLI, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN REMIGIO, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, ISLAND OF PANAY.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I, hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Nasoli, municipality of San Remigio, Province of Antique, island of Panay, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-341, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-341, N. 45° 43′ W. 3,154.07 m., more or less, from M. B. M. No. 6, Sibalom Cad. No. 247, Case No. 10, thence N. 56° 14′ E. 16.88 m. to point 2; N. 58° 27′ E. 52.41 m. to point: 3; N. 52° 24′ E. 44.66 m. to point 4; N. 60° 52 E. 28.48 m. to point 5; S. 82° 07′ E. 8.74 m. to point 6; S 19° 06′ E. 22.16 m. to point 7; S. 13° 57′ W. 39.93 m. to point 8; S. 37° 05′ W. 102.86 m. to point 9; N. 30° 21′ W. 56.30 m. to point 10; N. 64° 44′ W. 38.39 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 0.8379 hectare.

Point 7, g. i. s. on tree; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by property of Socorro Cabrellos; on the east, by property of Doroteo Montero; on the southeast, by property of Gaudencio Armonio (excluded); on the southwest, by property of Alejandro Velasco (excluded); and on the northwest, by properties of Filomena Masones, Santiago Milla, Prudencio Masones and Damian Odani.

Bearings true. Declination 0° 52′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-341.

Amended in accordance with the new survey made on August 16, 1939, by Public Land Surveyor Jose Ma. Paredes, thereby excluding the portions claimed by Alejandro Velasco and Gaudencio Armonio.
