RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION AND BARRIOS OF BALIWANG, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SADANGA; AND LIAS, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BARLIG, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion and barrios of Baliwang, municipal district of Sadanga; and Lias, municipal district of Barlig, Mountain Province, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plans Psu-104372, Psu-106052 and Psu-105736, to wit:

PSU-104372.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104372, N. 63° 56′ E. 1,339.84 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Sacasacan, municipal district of Sadanga, thence S. 89° 19′ E. 42.38 m. to point 2; S. 35° 27′ E. 40.98 m. to point 3; S. 5° 41′ E. 74.08 m. to point 4; S. 50° 56′ W. 44.83 m. to point 5; N. 54° 24′ W. 89.55 m. to point 6; N. 0° 01′ E. 76.44 m. to point 7; N. 77° 53′ E. 34.89 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 11,168 square meters.

Point 6, nail in cross on tree; and the rest are P. L. S. stone monuments.

Bounded on all sides by public land except on the southwest, which is by creek (no name).

Bearings true. Declination 0° 19′ E.

PSU-106052.—A parcel of land (Plan Psu-106052, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Baliwang, municipal district of Sadanga, Mountain Province (Sub-province of Bontoc), island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE. by the property of Toc-lo, Magan et al (joint owners); on the SE., by the property of Miguigan et al; on the S. and SW., by the property of Jocayag et al; and on the W and NW., by the property of Meguiñgan, Leon, Maliotad, and Mufañgen (joint owners). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 22° 40′ W., 1,922.83 meters, more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Sacasacan, municipal district of Sadanga; thence N. 3° 20′ W., 42.93 m. to point "2"; thence N. 41° 32′ E., 8.20 m. to point "3"; thence S. 67° 11′ E., 34.40 m. to point "4"; thence S. 61° 51′ E., 14.73 m. to point "5"; thence S. 20° 46′ W., 34.23 m. to point "6"; thence S. 40° 25′ W., 24.59 m. to point "7"; thence N. 88′ 16″ W., 8.29 m. to point "8"; thence N. 27° 22′ W., 24.61 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of two thousand three hundred eight square meters (2,308), more or less. Bounded on the NE. by the properties of Sumkat, Ol-lot, Mayongnd et al (joint owners), Chaquiton, Oliyan, Moguer (joint owners); on the SE., by the properties of Boealan, the Roman Catholic hurch (Belgian Missionary), Apad and Agyao (joint owners), Nasiyag et al., Alitmoy, Tiopisna, Nadyag, Puraweo, and Cailan et al (joint owners); on the SW., by the municipal government of Barlig (cemetery site) and Tanudan River (20-50 meters wide); and on the NW., by the properties of Sumkad, Puyao, Kupak, Timmipaw, Adsawi, Konine, Tugyawi, Paracanao et al (joint owners). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 25° 51′ E., 3,384.54 meters, more or less, from Triangulation Station Lumagan Mt, B. L.
