RESERVING FOR CEMETERY SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MALIGAYA, MUNICIPALITY OF INFANTA, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Maligaya, municipality of Infanta, Province of Tayabas, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-420, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-420 S. 28° 34′ W. 515.87 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Bambanan, municipality of Infanta, thence N. 65° 48′ W. 52.57 m. to point 2; N. 13° 00′ E. 72.44 m. to point 3; S. 65° 11′ E. 37.10 m. to point 4; S. 1° 30’ W. 76.59 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 3,172 square meters.

Point 1, old B.L. cylindrical concrete monument; point 2, cross on stone; point 3, cross on stone protruding above ground; point 4, B.L. marked on stone.

Bounded on the northeast by public land; on the east, by property of Juana Zuela; and on the southwest and northwest, by public land.

Bearings true. Declination 0° 51′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-420.
