MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 577 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CAMBULO, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BANAUE, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private lights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Cambulo, municipal district of Banaue, Mountain Province, island of Luzon and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-105319, to wit: A parcel of land (plan Psu-105319, G. L. R. O. Record No. ), situated in the barrio of Cambulo, municipal district of Banaue, Mountain Province (subprovince of Ifugao). Bounded on the north, by property of Weiton; on the east, by Hawi River; on the southeast, by property of Liyegan; on the southwest, by properties of Liyegan and Weiton; and on the northwest, by property of Weiton. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 6° 57’ W., 2,304.00 m., more or less, from Triangulation Station. Amuyao, Ifugao, Mountain Province; thence S. 88° 03′ E., 69.91 m. to point "2"; thence E. 3° 04′ W., 34.83 m. to point "3"; thence N. 83° 21′ W., 8.30 m. to point "4"; thence S. 38° 05′ W., 14.46 m. to point "5"; thence N. 78° 04’ W., 23.32 m. to point "6"; thence S. 19° 10′ W., 23.32 m. to point "7"; thence S. 78° 42’ W., 22.76 m. to point "8"; thence N. 19° 52’ E., 24.22 m. to point "9"; thence N. 57° 09′ W., 12.39 m. to point "11"; thence N. 73° 53’ W., 14.37 m. to point "12"; thence N. 16° 12 E., 23.45 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of three thousand three hundred and eighty-four square meters (3,384), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points 1, 3 and 12 are marked by stone monuments 25 cm. diam. marked P. L.S.; point 2, by stone monument 20 cm. diam., marked P. L. S.; points 4 and 11 by "X" on big stone 1.00 m. diam.; points 5 and 7 by stone monuments marked P. L. S. 30 cm. diam.; point 6 by "X" on big stone 60 cm. diam.; point 8 by stone monument marked P. L. S. 40 cm. diam.; point 9 by "X" on big stone 50 x 100 cm.; and point 10 by "X" on big stone 65 cm. diam.; bearings true; declination 0° 15′ E.; date of the original survey, May 9-10, 1938 and that of the approval.
