Proclamation No. 575

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF ANTATET, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipal district of Antatet, Province of Isabela, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16487 (Psu-96845), to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on the Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16487, S. 74° 19′ E, 63.79 m. from Post. No. 6, Isabela Estate, thence N. 0° 01′ E., 100.00 m. to point 2; thence S. 89° 59′ E., 200.00 m. to point 3; thence . 0 W„ 100.00 m. to point 4; thence S. 0° 01′ W, 100 00 m. to point 5; thence N. 89° 59′ W., 200.00 m. to point 6; thence N. 0° 01′ E., 100.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 40,000 square meters.

All corners are P. L. S. concrete monuments

Bounded on the north by property of Custodio Labog, on the east, by properties of Custodio Labog and Emilio Cabauatan; on the south, by property of Emilio Cabauatan and on the west, by properties of Emilio Cabauatan and Custodio Labog.

Bearings true. Declination 0° 20′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16487 (Psu-96845).
