MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 573 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF MAGGOC, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF HUNGDUAN, SUBPROVINCE OF IFUGAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Maggoc, municipal district of Hungduan, subprovince of Ifugao, Mountain Province, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-101383, to wit: A parcel of land (Plan Psu-101383, G. L. R. O. No. ) situated in the barrio of Maggoc, municipal district of Hungduan, Mountain Province. Bounded on the NE. by property of Longdahon Guade; on the SE., by the properties of Namuje Catao and Puggu-on Pingkian; on the W., by the properties of Buh-ayao Tumitit and Dimase Dalogdog; and on the NW., by the property of Dimase Dalogdog. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 69° 41’ W., more or less, from Triangulation Station, Mt. Puloy, municipal district of Hungduan, Mountain Province; thence N. 4° 45’ W., 49.32 m. to point "2"; thence N. 10° 28’ W., 30.02 m. to point "3"; thence N. 61° 23’ E., 57.36 m. to point "4"; thence S. 69° 12’ E., 33.86 m. to point "5"; thence S. 34° 37’ E., 53.42 m. to point "6"; thence S. 57° 38′ W., 34.71 m. to point "7"; thence S. 69° 31′ W., 90.25 m. to the point of beginning containing an area of seven thousand seven hundred thirty (7,730) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and on the ground; point "6" is marked by B. L. B. M. No. 2; point "7" by boulder marked P. L. S. about 3 x 2.50 m. and about 5 m. deep, centered with a cross; and the rest by P. L. S. concrete monuments 15 x 60 cm.; bearings true; declination 0° 46’ E., date of survey, November 11-15, 1935 and July 11-14, and September 3, 1938, and that of the approval, May 4, 1939. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
