Proclamation No. 539

RESERVING FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF UPI-BOROÑGOTAN MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF AWANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery purporses, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain situated in the barrio of Upi-Borongotan, municipal district of Awang, province of Cotabato, island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-410, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-410, S. 10° 38′ W. 1,589.57 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Upi, municipal district of Awang. thence N. 33° 41′ E. 193.07 m. to point 2; S. 6° 51′ E. 153. 80 m. to point 3; S. 50° 18′ E. 69.78 m. to point 4; N. 62′ 56′ W. 80.52 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 12,228 square meters.

Points 1, 2 and 4, old B. L. concrete monuments; point 3, old P. L. S. concrete monument.

Bounded on the northeast by property of Dionisio Gutierrez; on the southeast and southwest, by property of Felix Colcol; and on the northwest by lot No. 2 of plan Msa-1021 (Mission Hospital).

Bearings true. Declination 1° 41’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-410.
