Proclamation No. 517

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BICAO, MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, ISLAND OF BOHOL.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Bicao, municipality of Carmen, Province of Bohol, island of Bohol and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-417-D, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-417-D. N. 68° 30’ W. 661.68 m. from B. L. B. M. No. 11, Carmen, Sierra-Bullones, thence N. 22° 32’ E. 150.07 m. to point 2; N. 30° 57’ E. 31.88 m. to point 3, S. 43° 48’ E. 101.60 m. to point 4, S. 8° 00’ W. 68.37 m. to point 5, S. 79° 31’ W. 137.03 m. to point 1, of point of beginning.

Containing an area of 13,339 square meters.

Points 1 and 2, old P. L. S. concrete monuments; points 3 and 4, P. L. S. concrete monuments; point 5, old B. L. concrete monument.

Bounded on the northeast and east by lot No. 930; on the southeast, by lot No. 170; and on the northwest, by lots. No. 180 and 930.

Bearings true. Declination 1° 30’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-417-D.

NOTE.—This is lot No. 929, formerly lot No. 96-A of Carmen public and delimitation Pld-4.
