Proclamation No. 516

RESERVING FOR PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL PURPOSES FOUR PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CALAMAGUI, MUNICIPALITY OF ILAGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered one hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for provincial hospital purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Calamagui, municipality of Ilagan, Province of Isabela, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-240, to wit:

Lot No. 1.—Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Pr-240, S. 42° 45′ W. 2,749.56 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Mp. of Ilagan, thence S. 49° 09′ W. 142.63 m. to point 2; N. 68° 05′ W. 30.00 m. to point 3; N. 68° 05′ W. 156.75 m. to point 4; N. 22° 07′ E. 220.04 m. to point 5; S. 47° 44′ E. 267.92 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 39,520 square meters.

Point 3, old B. L. concrete monument; and the rest are old P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 3; on the southeast, by public land; on the southwest, by properties of Antonio K. Abad and the provincial government of Isabela; and on the northwest, by lot No. 4.

Lot No. 2.–Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Pr-240 , S. 46° 36° W. 2, 969.07 m., more or less from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Mp. of Ilagan, thence N. 69° 58’ W. 197.72 m. to point; N. 35° 58’ E 302.40 m to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 45, 898 square meters.

All corners are old P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast and southeast by lot No. 4; on the southwest, by property of the provincial government of Isabela; and on the northwest, by national road.

Lot No. 3.–Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Pr-240, S. 42° 44’ W. 2697.06 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Mp. of Ilagan, thence S. 43° 33’ W. 52.43 m. to point 2; N. 47° 44’ W. 267.92 m. to point 3; N. 25° 42’ E. 53. 35 m. to point 4; S. 47° 59’ E. 284.36 m. to point 1, point of the beginning.

Containing an area of 14,302 square meters.

All corners are old P L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by property of Teodulo A. Diaz; on the southeast, by public land; on the southwest, by lot No 1; and on the northwest, by lot No. 4.

Lot No. 4.—Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Pr-240, S.46° 36’ W. 2,969.07 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. of Ilagan, thence N. 22° 35′ E. 269.01 m. to point 2; N. 60° 05′ W. 128.56 m. to point 3; N. 34° 29′ E. 9.22 m. to point 4; S. 59° 59′ E. 129.40 m. to point 5; S. 48° 07′ E. 8.48 m. to point 6; S. 25° 42′ W. 53.35 m. to point 7; S. 22° 07′ W. 220.04 m. to point 8; N. 74° 17′ W. 10.55 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 3,847 square meters.

All corners are old P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast by property of Teodulo A. Diaz; on the southeast, by lots Nos. 3 and 1; on the southwest, by property of the provincial government of Isabela and lot No. 2; and on the northwest, by lot No. 2 and national road.

Bearings true. Declination 0° 29′ E.

Points referred to are marked on plan Pr-240.

NOTE.—Lot No. 1 is identical to Psu-86306 as surveyed for Luis Ammugauan.

Lot No. 2 is identical to lot No. 1, Psu-86307 as surveyed for Pedro Ammugauan.

Lot No. 3 is identical to Psu-86305 a3 surveyed for Juan G. Herrin.
