Proclamation No. 491

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PANICUPAN, MUNICIPALITY OF PIKIT-PAGALUNGAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of Section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Panicupan, municipality of Pikit-Pagalungan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-189, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-189, N. 65° 34′ W. 4,011.09 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Cotabato Agricultural Colony No. 1, Ac-3, thence North 100.00 m. to point 2; East 200.00 m. to point 3; South 100.00 m. to point 4; West 200.00 m. to point 1; point of beginning.

Containing an area of 2.0000 hectares.

Points 2 and 3, B. L. concrete monuments; and the rest are old P. L. S./B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by lot No. 295; on the east, by lot No. 166; on the south, by road; and on the west, by lot No. 164.

Bearings true. Declination, 2° 00′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-189.

NOTE.—This is lot No. 294, formerly lot No. 165-A of Cotabato Agricultural Colony No. 1, Ac-3.
