RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES FIVE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION AND BARRIOS OF GUINZADAN AND OTUCAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BAUKO, SUBPROVINCE OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion and barrios of Guinzadan and Otucan, municipal district of Bauko, subprovince of Bontoc, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104506, to wit:

Lot No. 1 (Poblacion).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104506, S. 73° 36′ E. 319.10 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Bauko, thence S. 17° 15′ W. 39.S3 m. to point 2; S. 9° 42′ E. 43.35 m. to point 3; S. 73° 43′ E. 42.94 m. to point 4; S. 16° 08′ E. 31.65 m. to point 5; S. 26° 42′ W. 32.39 m. to point 6; S. 80° 52′ W. 13.04 m. to point 7; N. 62° 41′ E. 9.58 m. to point 8; N. 35° 38′ E. 31.66 m. to point 9; N. 50° 11′ W. 154.62 m. to point 10; N. 71° 14′ E. 6.99 m. to point 11; N. 71° 13′ E. 70.89 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 3,354 square meters.

Points 1 and 11, P. L. S. concrete monuments; point 6, P. L. S. stone monument; points 8 and 9, old points; and the rest are P. L. S. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm.

Bounded on the northeast, by property of Tomas V. Guerson; on the east, by properties of Tomas V. Guerson and Uyad; on the south, by property of Uyad; on the southwest, by property of the municipal government of Bauko (II-1969) ; and on the northwest, by properties of Jose Dominguez and Tomas V. Guerson.

Lot No. 2 (Poblacion).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104506, S. 35° 17′ E. 268.53 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Bauko, Mountain Province, thence N. 0° 25′ E. 31.55 m. to point 2; N. 61° 24′ E. 29.74 m. to point 3; S. 7° 50′ E. 62.00 m. to point 4; S. 35° 31′ E. 70.76 m. to point 5; N. 81° 11′ W. 28.82 m. to point 6; N. 18° 25′ W. 49.86 m. to point 7; N. 19° 39′ W. 18.68 m. to point 8; N: 81° 15′ W. 25.70 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 2,177 square meters.

Points 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8, P. L. S. stone monuments; point 4, old stone monument with cross; point 5, old stone monument with cross on top.

Bounded on the northeast by property of the municipal government of Bauko (11-1969); on the south, by public land; on the southwest, by properties of Pedro Cajegan and Asterio Pagteilan; on the west, by property of Asterio Pagteilan; and on the northwest, by provincial road.

No. 1, municipal district of Bauko, Mountain Province, thence S. 67° 17′ E. 59.71 m. to point 2; S. 29° 06′ W. 34.59 m. to point 3; S. 7° 07′ W. 64.12 m. to point 4; N. 49° 48′ W. 93.61 m. to point 5; N. 36° 06′ E. 69.89 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 5,718 square meters.

Points 1, 2, and 4, P. L. S. stone/monuments; point 3, cross on rock; point 5, rock with cross.

Bounded on the northeast by barrio road; oh the southeast, by property of Batnag, Cantadong, Cablay et al. (joint owners) ; and on the southwest and northwest, by creek (no name).

No. 1, municipal district of Bauko, Mountain Province, thence N. 62° 31′ E. 57.87 m. to point 2; S. 81°J:36′ E. .53,51. m. to point 3; S. 76° 29′ W. 96.00 m. to point 4; S. 23° 25′, E. 18.43 m. to point 5; S. 85° 17′ W. 13.6.1 m. to point 6; N. 11° 58′ W. 10.91 m. to point 7; N. 12° 36′ W. 11.19 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 1,424 square meters.

Point 2, P. L. S. stone monument; point 4, old point; and the rest are P. L. S. stones.

Bounded on the north by property of Quitayan; on the east, by property of the Roman Catholic Church (mission site) ; on the southeast, by property of the Roman Catholic Church (mission site) ; on the south, by property of Pedro Bayot; on the west, by property of Bandodayan; and on the northwest, by property of Selud.

Lot No. 5 (Otucan Barrio School Site).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104506, N. 50c 46′ E. 2,164.40 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipal district of Bauko, Mountain Province, thence S. 80° 11′ E. 39.30 m. to point 2; N. 22° 12′ E. 29.60 m. to point 3; S. 72° 41′ E. 46.59 m. to point 4; S. 38° 24′ W. 32.60 m. to point 5; S. 41° 41′ W. 29.03 m. to point 6; S. 53° 36′ W. 42.34 m. to point 7; N. 37° 22′ W. 66.21 m. to point 8; N. 76° 30′ E. 3.00 m. to point 9; N. 9° 05′ E. 53.50 m. to point 10; S. 11° 13′ E. 41.43 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
