MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 490 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES FIVE PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION AND BARRIOS OF GUINZADAN AND OTUCAN, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF BAUKO, SUBPROVINCE OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion and barrios of Guinzadan and Otucan, municipal district of Bauko, subprovince of Bontoc, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104506, to wit: Lot No. 1 (Poblacion).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-104506, S. 73° 36′ E. 319.10 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M.
