MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 489 REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 230, DATED APRIL 22, 1929, AND DECLARING THE LAND RESERVED THEREUNDER OPEN TO DISPOSITION. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of Section eighty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered one hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby revoke Proclamation Numbered two hundred and thirty, dated April twenty-two, nineteen hundred and twenty-nine, and declare the land reserved thereunder open to disposition under the provisions of the said Act. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
