MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 443 EXPECTING FROM LEASE, SALE, OR OTHER DISPOSITION AND RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PORTION OF LOT NO. 3212 OF TALISAY-MINGLANILLA FRIAR LANDS ESTATE, CEBU, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 8,969 SQUARE METERS, MORE OR LESS. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section twenty-one of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and twenty of the Philippine Commission, as amended by subsequent acts of the Philippine Legislature and upon the condition that the municipality of Talisay, Cebu, shall pay to the Bureau of Lands the full value of the property hereby reserved, together with the accrued interest thereon, I hereby except from lease, sale, or other disposition and reserve for school purposes a portion of lot numbered thirty-two hundred and twelve of Talisay-Minglanilla Friar Lands Estate, situated in the municipality of Talisay, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Fls—1999, to wit: Lot No. 3212-A.—A parcel of land (lot No. 3212-A of the subdivision plan Fls-1999, being a portion of lot No. 3212 of Talisay-Minglanilla Estate, G. L. R. O. Record No. 3732), situated in the barrio of Lawaan, municipality of Talisay, Province of Cebu. Bounded on the N. by road; on the E., by lot No. 3211; on the S., by provincial road; and on the W., by lot No. 3212-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 78° 23′ E., 187.37 m., more or less, from B. B. M. No. 29, Talisay-Minglanilla Estate, thence S. 83° 36′ W., 41.42 m. to point "2;" thence S. 83° 11′ W., 34.23 m. to point "3;" thence N. 0° 56′ E., 124.71 m. to point "4;" thence S. 88° 54′ E., 75.00 m. to point "5;" thence S. 0° 56′ W., 114.60 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of eight thousand nine hundred sixty-nine (8,9.69) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1" and "5" are marked by old B. L. concrete monuments; point "2," by old stake; and points "3" and "4," by B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 1° 41′ E.; date of the original survey, July, 1929-October, 1933, and that of the subdivision survey, December 9, 1937.
