RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES FOUR PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SINALHAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Sinalhan, municipality of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swc—15969, to wit:
Lot No. 78.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15969, S. 53° 55′ E. 1,142.05 cm., more or less, from S. R. No. 1, Santa Rosa Extension, thence N. 55° 58′ W. 146.75 m. to point 2; S. 32° 45′ E. 22.10 m. to point 3; S. 59° 56′ W. 145.32 m. to point 4; N. 37° 22′ W. 9.03 m. to point 5; N. 48° 05′ W. 3.12 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 2,485 square meters.
All corners are P. L. S./B. L, concrete monuments.
Bounded on the northeast by Laguna Bay; on the southeast, by lot No. 79; on the southwest, by lot No. 147; and on the northwest, by road.
Lot No. 79.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15969, S. 53° 46′ E. 1,153.92 m., more or less, from S. R. No. 1, Santa Rosa Extension, thence N. 59° 56′ E. 145.32 m. to point 2; S. 34° 58′ E. 19.33 m. to point 3; S. 62° 33′ W. 145.49 m. to point 4; N. 37° 22′ W. 12.75 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 2,313 square meters.

No. 1, Santa Rosa Extension, thence N. 37° 22′ W. 36.15 m. to point 2; N. 62° 33′ E. 145.49 m. to point 3; S. 16° 40′ E. 34.06 m. to point 4; S. 61° 37′ W. 132.92 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 4,807 square meters.

Containing an area of 2,463 square meters.
