Proclamation No. 417

RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-462, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-462, S, 26° 15′ W. 381.14 m., more or less, from monument No. 10, Zamboanga cadastre No. 14, thence N. 28° 18′ E. 70.00 m. to point 2; S. 59° 50′ E. 75.87 m. to point 3; S. 28° 18′ W. 70.00 m. to point 4; N. 59° 50′ W. 75.87 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 5,308 square meters.

All corners are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast and southeast by road; on the southwest, by road; and on the northwest, by Calle Corcuera.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 33′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-462.

NOTE—This survey is outside of Zamboanga townsite subdivision.
