Proclamation No. 378

RESERVING FOR AIRPLANE LANDING FIELD PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF UPI, MUNICIPALITY OF GAMU, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the, Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for airplane landing field purposes, under the administration of the Director of Aeronautics, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Upi, municipality of Gamu, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-460-D, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-460-D, S. 27° 40′ W. 8,607.40 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Ilagan, thence N. 9° 39′ E. 200.43 m. to point 2; N 9° 38′ E. 199.88 m. to point 3; N. 9° 29′ E. 193.64 m. to point 4; S. 67° 07′ E. 200.51 m. to point 5; S. 9° 09s’ W. 250.36 m. to point 6; S. 9° 09′ W. 249.01 m.. to point 7; S. 9° 09′ W. 249.01 m. to point 8; N. 80° 39′ W. 200.30 m. to point 9; N. 9° 26′ E. 201.32 m. to point 1, point of -beginning.

Containing an area of 152,574 square meters.

Points 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, old B. L; concrete, monuments; and the rest are B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, by property of Sixto Balayan; on the southeast and south, by property of the. Commonwealth of; the Philippines (Philippine Army); and on the northwest, by national road.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 32′ E.
