RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOLO, PROVINCE OF SULU, ISLAND OF JOLO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Jolo, Province of Sulu, Island of Jolo, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15652, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15652, S. 75° 48′ E. 178.47 m., more or less, from monument No. 29, Jolo townsite, thence S. 42° 45′ E. 52.74 m. to point 2; S. 47° 15′ W. 97.95 m. to point 3; N. 42° 37′ W. 40.59 m. to point 4; N. 40° 10′ E. 98.60 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 4,569 square meters.
Points 3 and 4, monuments.
Bounded on the northeast, southeast, and southwest, by property of the municipal government of Jolo (school site) ; and on the northwest, by lot No. 1-D of plan II-6480-A.
Bearings true. Declination, 2° 26′ E.
Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15652 (II-6480-A).
