Proclamation No. 369

RESERVING FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE NON-CHRISTIAN FILIPINOS TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CAMURONG, MUNICIPALITY OF ABRA DE ILOG, PROVINCE OF MINDORO, ISLAND OF MINDORO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-four of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby reserve for the exclusive use of the non-Christian Filipinos, under the administration of the Secretary of the Interior, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Camurong, municipality of Abra de Hog, Province of Mindoro, Island of Mindoro, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-356, to wit:

Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-356, S. 50° 47′ E. 3,962.45 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 2, sitio of Udalo, barrio of Camurong, municipality of Abra de Hog, thence N. 49° 37′ W. 272.12 m. to point 2; N. 58″ 12′ W. 307.70 m. to point 3; N. 37″ 02′ E. 105.43 m. to point 4; S. 86° 47′ E. 302.86 m. to point 5; S. 53° 08′ E. 102.74 m. to point 6; S. 58° 24′ E. 344.54 m. to point 7; S. 13° 54′ E. 41.39 m. to point 8; S. 55° 53′ W. 98.52 m. to point 9; S. 61° 29′ W. 184.58 m. to point 10; N. 62° 45′ W. 43.79 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 15.9187 hectares.

Points 1 and 3, B. L. concrete monument; points 2 and 10, crosses on trees; and the rest are stakes.

Bounded on the north, northeast, and southeast, by Camurong River; on the southwest, by public land; and on the northwest, by Camurong River.

L.; points 8, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 18, crosses on trees; point 10, cross on N. side of tree; point 11, cross on NE. side of tree; and the rest are stakes.

Bounded on the north by property of Mindoro Lumber and Exploring Company; on the northeast and southeast, by public land; on the southwest, by public land and Camurong River; and on the northwest, by property of Antonio Quito.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 36′ E.
