Proclamation No. 368

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF SAN MARIANO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from, sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipal district of San Mariano, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15596, to wit:

Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-1559’6, S. 54° 49′ E., 1,928.95 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 2, municipal district of San Mariano, thence N. 14° 16′ W. 21.40 m. to point 2; N. 83° 12′ E. 47.02 m. to point 3; S. 5° 46′ E. 84.96 m. to point 4; S. 83° 07′ W. 103.10 m. to point 5; N. 5° 02′ W. 57.19 m. to point 6; N. 76° 40′ E. 59.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 7,320 square meters.

Point 1, old B. L. concrete monument; and the rest are P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by property of the municipal government of San Mariamo and Calle Bugallon; on the east, by Calle Bonifacio; on the south, by Calle Eizal; and on the west, by Calle Plaridel and property of the municipal government of San Mariano.

Lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15596, S. 56° 20′ E. 1,955.91 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 2, municipal district of San Mariano, thence N. 84° 25′ E., 75.67 m. to point 2; S. 1° 40′ E. 85.57 m. to point 3; S. 85° 28′ W. 69.46 m. to point 4; N. 5° 50′ W. 84.09 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 6,149 square meters.

All corners are P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by Calle Bugallon; on the east, by Calle Aguinaldo; on the south, by Calle Rizal; and on the west, by Calle Bonifacio.

Bearings true. Declination, 2° 03′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15596.
