Proclamation No. 366

RESERVING FOR PARK AND PLAYGROUND PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF JOLO, PROVINCE OF SULU, ISLAND OF SULU.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section seventy-six of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for park and playground purposes, under the administration of the Province; of Sulu, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Poblacion, municipality of Jolo, Province of Sulu, Island of Sulu, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14227, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14227, N. 87° 44′ E. 78.61 m. from monument No. 24. Jolo townsite, thence S. 42° 47′ E. 19.89 m. to point 2; S. 43° 07′ E. 11.18 m. to point 3; S. 46° 57′ W. 21.54 m. to point 4; N. 46° 53′ W. 30.89 m. to point 5; N. 46° 22′ E. 23.68 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 699.20 square meters.

Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 1 of block No. 15 and the Military Reservation; on the southeast, by the Military Reservation; on the southwest, by lot No. 3 of block No. 15; and on the northwest, by Calle Travesi.

Bearings true. Declination, 2° 07′ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14227.
