MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 343 RESERVING FOR RAILROAD PURPOSES FOUR PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SANTO TOMAS, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for railroad purposes, under the administration of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Santo Tomas, municipality of San Jose, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psd-5920, to wit: Lot No. 287-A.—A parcel of land (lot No. 287-A of the subdivision plan Psd-5929, being a portion of lot No. 287 of the cadastral survey of San Jose, G. L. R. O. Cadastral Record No. 268), situated in the barrio of Santo Tomas, municipality of San Jose, Province of Nueva Ecija.—Bounded on the NE., by lot No. 278-A of plan Psd-5930; on the SE., by lot No. 287-C of the subdivision plan and lot No. 289-A of plan Psd-5928; and on the NW, by lot No. 287-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 64° 05′ E., 913.56 meters, more or less, from M. B. M. No. 2, municipality of San Jose, Nueva Ecija; thence S. 35° 43′ W., 74.47 m. to point "2;" thence S. 66° 59′ W., 58.01 m. to point "3;" thence N. 35° 43′ E., 123.61 m. to point "4;" thence S. 55° 07′ E., 30.11 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of two thousand nine hundred eighty-two (2,982), square meters, more or less. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 79° 22′ E., 445.04 meters, more or less, from M. B. M. No. 2, municipality of San Jose, Nueva Ecija; thence S. 46° 04′ W., 24.40 m. to point "2;" thence N. 13° 41′ W., 34.84 m. to point "3;" thence N. 46° 04′ E., 25.47 m. to point "4;" thence S. 12° 11′ E., 35.39 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of seven hundred fifty (750), square meters, more or less. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 76° 44′ E., 431.34 meters, more or less, from M. B. M. No. 2, municipality of San Jose, Nueva Ecija; thence S. 46° 04’ W., 32.97 m. to point "2;" hence N. 10° 48’ E., 35.94 m. to point "3;" thence N. 46° 04’ E., 30.88 m. to point "4;" thence S. 13° 41’ E., 34.84 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of nine hundred sixty-one (961) square meters, more or less. Cadastral Record No. 268), situated in the barrio of Santo Tomas, municipality of San Jose, Province of Nueva Ecija.—Bounded on the NE., by lot No. 301-A of plan Psd-5921; on the SE., by lot No. 302-C of the subdivision plan; on the SW., by lot No. 303-A of plan Psd-5919; and on the NW., by lot 302-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 72° 54′ E., 414.41 meters, more or less, from M. B. M. No. 2, municipality of San Jose, Nueva Ecija; thence S. 46° 04′ W., 28.31 m. to point "2;" thence N. 9° 52’ W., 36.34 m. to point "3;" thence N. 46° 04′ E., 27.59 m. to point "4;" thence S. 10° 48′ E., 35.94 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of eight hundred forty-one (841) square meters, more or less.
