Proclamation No.317

RESERVING FOR POST OFFICE SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for post office site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Posts, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the City of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-4924, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan Swo-4924, S. 60° 22′ E. 86.38 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 1, Cebu, thence S. 2° 18′ E. 40.24 m. to point 2; S. 86° 29′ E. 107.39 m. to point 3; N. 8° 54’W. 41.03 m. to point 4; N. 86° 30′ W. 102.65 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing 4,206 square meters.

All points are marked by B. L. Concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by Morga Street; on the east, by road; on the south, by Cebu Harbor and road; and on the West, by road.

Bearings true.

Points referred to marked on plan Swo-4924.
