MALACAÑANG PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 312 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A PORTION OF LOT NUMBERED SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY OF THE IMUS FRIAR LANDS ESTATE, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DASMARIÑAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section twenty-one of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and twenty entitled the Friar Lands Act, as amended, I hereby exempt from lease, sale or other disposition a portion of lot numbered sixty-three hundred and thirty of the Imus Friar Lands Estate, situated in the municipality of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon, and reserve the same for school site purposes, subject to the condition that the municipality of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite, shall pay to the Bureau of Lands the full value of the property hereby reserved, together with the accrued interest thereon. The land herein reserved is particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15412, to wit: Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15412, S. 25° 04′ E. 2,346.44 m. more or less from mon. No. 163, Imus Estate, thence S. 1° 24′ E. 294.69 m. to point 2; N. 78° 63′ W., 231.80 m. to point 3; N. 24° 04’ E 6.51 m. to point 4; N. 29° 29′ E. 37.00 m. to point 5; N .26° 17′ E. 45.80 m. to point 6; N. 7° 43′ E. 35.70 m. to point 7; N. 2°41′ E. 145.37 m. to point 8; S. 86° 35′ E. 167.80 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 51,854 square meters All corners are B. L. concrete monuments 15 by 60 cm. Bounded on the north, by portion of lot No. 6330, Imus Estate; on the east, by lots Nos. 6595, 6596, and 6597; on the south, by portion of lot No. 6330, Imus Estate; and on the west, by road. Bearings true. Declination 0° 1’ E. Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15412. Surveyed: March 7 and 8, 1938. Approved: April 23, 1938.
