Proclamation No. 299

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 46, SERIES OF 1908, A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN PUERTO PRINCESA, PALAWAN, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 2,004 SQUARE METERS.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order Numbered Forty-six, series of nineteen hundred and eight, and declare open to disposition under the provisions of the said Act, a parcel of land situated in the municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-5745, to wit:

Lot 166-A.—A parcel of land (lot 166-A of the subdivision plan Bsd-5745, being a portion of lot No. 166 of the cadastral survey of Puerto Princesa, G. L. R. O. Cadastral Record No. 9596), situated in the barrio of Centro, municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan. Bounded on all sides by lot 166-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 80° 45′ W., 192.51 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 1, municipality of Puerto Princesa, thence S. 5° 86′ E., 59.67 m. to point "2;" thence S. 57° 21′ W., 25.80 m. to point "3;" thence N. 16° 39′ W., 72.76 m. to point "4;" thence N. 84° 24′ E., 36.93 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of two thousand four square meters (2,004), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground are marked by B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 1° 37′ E.; date of the original survey, during March, 1913, and that of the subdivision survey, August 26, 1937.

NOTE.—Lot 166-A = Lot No. 205 of Puerto Princesa cadastre No. 37.
