MALACAÑAN PALACEManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 285 RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TACLOBAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, ISLAND OF LEYTE. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for municipal building site purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Tacloban, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain situated in the municipality of Tacloban, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-382, to wit: Lot No. 1.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-382, S. 73° 27’ 201.07 m. , more or less from B. B. M. No. 1, Tacloban cadastre thence N. 54° 53’ W. 37.98 m. to point 2; N. 89° 07’ W. 7.83 m. to point 3; N. 55° 49’ W. 7.12 m. to point 4; N. 57° 50’ W. 6.27 m. to point 5; N. 61° 39’ W. 7.75 m. to point 6; S. 48° 38’ W. 7.58 m. to point 7; N. 1° 03’ E. 29.03 E. 29.03 m. to point 8; S. 86° 04’ E. 58.51 m. to point 9; S. 4° 00’ E. 53.13 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 0.2147 hectare. Point 4, old P. L. S./B L. concrete monument; points 5 and 6, old monuments; points 8 and 9, intersections. Bounded on the north, by lot No. 5372; on the cast, by lot No. 2; on the southeast, by lot No. 5725 (lot No. 726-B. Bsd-3187); on the southwest, by Calle Padre Gomez and lots Nos. 731, 730, 729, 728-C of plan Psd-4978 and 5725 (lot No. 726-B, Bsd-3187); and on the west, by public land. Lot No. 2.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-382, S. 63° 26’ W. 104.86 m., more or less, from B. B. M. No. 1, Tacloban cadastre, thence S. 0° 41’ E. 10.87 m. to point 2; S. 87° 05’ W. 6.49 m. to point 3; N. 89° 30’ W. 92.60 m. to point 4; N. 4° 00’ W. 53.13 m. to point 5; S. 86° 04’ E. 99.60 m. to point 6; S. 4° 39’ E. 20.43 m. to point 7; S. 6° 02’ E. 15.50 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 0.4960 hectare. Points 5 and 6, intersections. Bounded on the north, by lot No. 5373; on the east, by lots Nos. 5432, 1989, and 738; on the south, by Calle Padre Gomez; and on the west, by lot No. 1. Bearings true. Declination, 1° 30’ E.
