RESERVING FOR COMFORT STATION SITE PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SANTA CLARA, MUNICIPALITY OF BATANGAS, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for comfort station site purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Batangas, Batangas, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Santa Clara, municipality of Batangas, Province of Batangas, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-363, to wit:

Lot No. 1—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-363, s. 32° 04’ W. 896.98 m. more or less, from B.B.M. No. 14, Batangas cadaster No. 264, thence S. 60° 44’ W. 10.12 m. to point 2; N. 29° 21’ W. 12.08 m. to point 3; N. 61° 08’ E. 10.15 m. to point 4; S. 29° 13’ E. 12.01 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 122 square meters.

Points 1, 2, 3, and 4 B.L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, by lot No. 1030; and on the southeast, southwest, and northwest, by Batangas Bay.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 16’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-363, sheet No. 1.

Surveyed: March 23 and 28, 1936.

NOTE—This is additional lot No. 16102 of Batangas cadaster No. 264, case No. 2.

Lot No. 2 (lot No. 1032-A).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-363, S. 58° 19’ W. 780.18 m., more or less, from B.B.M No. 14, Batangas cadastre No. 264, thence N. 22° 58’ W. 12.86 m. to point 2; N. 58° 01’ E. 8.76 m. to point 3; S. 30° 05’ E. 2.33 m. to point 4; S. 28° 36’ E. 10.44 m. to point 5; S. 58° 21’ W. 10.08 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 120 square meters.

Points 1 and 5, B.L., concrete monuments; point 2, old stake; points 3 and 4, galvanized iron spikes on stone walls.

Bounded on the northeast and southeast, by lot No. 1032-B; on the southwest, by Batangas Bay; and on the northwest, by lot No. 1032-B.

Bearings true. Declination, 0° 16’ E.
