RESERVING FOR MARKET PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAJIDIOCAN, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON, ISLAND OF SIBUYAN.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Cajidiocan, Province of Romblon, Island of Sibuyan, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-364, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Nr-364, N.41° 46’ E. 138.50 m., more or less, from B.L.L.M. No. 1 municipality of Cajidiocan, thence N. 26° 07’ W. 51.52 m. to point 2; N.61° 23’ E.84.64 m. to point 3; S. 31° 27’ E. 53.02 m. to point 4; S. 62° 22’ W. 89.51 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
Containing an area of 4,546 square meters.
All corners are B.L. concrete monuments, 15 by 15 cm., set 10 cm., above the ground.
Bounded on the northeast, by seashore of Sibuyan Sea; on the southeast, by Aguinaldo Street; on the southwest, by Santa Isabel Street; and on the northwest, by Arellano Street.
Bearings true. Declination, 1° 06’ E.
Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-364.
