RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAVAO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Central, Municipality of Davao, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-5154, to wit:

Lot No. 1176-B-2, Military Camp Site.—A parcel of land (lot No. 1176-B-2 of the subdivision plan Bsd-5154, being a portion of lot No. 1176-B of the cadastral survey of Davao, G. L. R. O. Cadastral Record No. 317), situated in the barrio of Central, municipality of Davao, Province of Davao. Bounded on the NE., by lot No. 1176-B-3 of the subdivision plan; on the SE., by lot No. 1176-B-1 of the subdivision plan and lot No. 1175 (lot No. 522-A of plan Psd-6609); on the SW., by lot No. 1175 (lot No. 522-A of plan Psd-6609) and lot No. 1176-B-1 of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., by lot No. 512. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 73ْ 43’ E., 1,062.34 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 16, Davao cadastre; thence N. 16ْ 47’ W., 119.73 m. to point "2;" thence S. 73ْ 29’ W., 99.90 m. to point "3;" thence N. 13ْ 35’ W., 132.70 m. to point "5;" thence N. 72ْ 20’ E., 200.00 m. to point "6;" thence N. 38ْ 11’ E., 100.00 m. to point "7;" thence S. 30ْ 55’ E. 229.64 m. to point "8;" thence S. 30ْ 50’ E., 229.72 m. to point "9;" thence S. 73ْ 13’ W., 154.20 m. to point "10;" thence S. 73ْ 13’ W., 154.20 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of one hundred twenty-eight thousand eighty-one (128,081) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, points "1," "2," and "3" are marked by old P. L. S. concrete monuments; points "4," "5," "7," "8," "9," and "10," by P. L. S. concrete monuments; and point "6," by old P. L. S./B. L. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 2ْ 13’ E.; date of the subdivision survey, February, 1916-May, 1920, and that of the subdivision survey, June 11-13, 1936.
