MALACAÑAN PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 80 RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CAGGAY, MUNICIPALITY OF TUGUEGARAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Caggay, Municipality of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Ir-414, to wit: Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-414, S. 41ْ 13’ W. 710.72 m., more or less, from M. B. M. Bearings true. Declination, 0ْ 05’ E. Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Ir-414. Surveyed: February 3, 1921. Approved: June 6, 1936. NOTE.—This is lot No. 2470 of Tuguegarao cadastre No. 151. case No. 7. All corners not otherwise described are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cm. Declared public land dated December 21, 19265.
