Proclamation No. 73

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PINARING, MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF NULING, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Pinaring, Municipal District of Nuling, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psu-99379, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-99379, S. 61ْ 43’ E. 6,004.86 m. more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 24, cadastre 123, Nuling, Cotabato, thence S. 45ْ 00’ E. 149.99 m. to point 2; S. 26ْ 04’ W. 285.45 m. to point 3; N. 45ْ 00’ W. 342.62 m. to point 4; N. 45ْ 00’ E. 270.02 m. to point 5; S. 45ْ 00’ E. 100.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 80,003 square meters.

Points 1 and 5, old B. l. concrete monuments; point 4, P. L. S. concrete monument at intersection; and the rest are P. L. S. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, by lot No. 198 and property of Irineo Carino; on the southeast, by property of Irineo Carino; on the southwest, by property of Concepcion de Mendoza; and on the northwest, by lot No. 197.

Bearing true. Declination, 2 ْ 27’ E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Psu-99379.

Surveyed: May 22 and June 22, 1934.
