Proclamation No. 60

RESERVING FOR PARK PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF SAN NICOLAS, CITY OF MANILA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-four of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended, I hereby reserve for park purposes, under the administration of the City of Manila, the following described parcel of the private domain of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, situated in the District of San Nicolas, City of Manila, Island of Luzon, to wit:

A parcel of land (lot No. 2 of block No. 1838 of the cadastral survey of the City of Manila, G. L. R. O. cadastral record No. 89, as shown on the plan F—20—6, office of the city engineer), situated in the District of San Nicolas, City of Manila. Bounded on the north, northeast, and east, by a street without name (lot No. 1, block No. 1838) ; on the south, by Muelle de la Industria (lot No. 1, block No. 1838; and on the west, by Calle Madrid (lot No. 1, block No. 1838). Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 80° 58′ E., 5.86 m. from B. L. L. M. No. 28; thence S. 3° 11′ W., 15.28 m. to point "2;" thence S. 83° 34′ E., 36.02 m. to point "3"; thence S. 3° 40′ W., 1.30 m. to point "4"; thence S. 83° 42′ E., 22.71 m. to point "5"; thence N. 7° 09′ E., 6.83 m. to point "6;" thence N. 46° 12′ W., 16.99 m. to point "7;" thence N. 75° 39′ W., 10.29 m. to point "8;" thence N. 79° 12′ W., 3.36 m. to point "9;" thence N. 85° 46′ W., 29.25 m. to point "10;" thence S. 77° 33′ W-, 3.67 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of nine hundred forty-six square meters and ninety square decimeters (946.90), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; bearings true; declination, variable; date of survey, March to July, 1915.
