Proclamation No. 47

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT THE BARRIO OF CAMP 7, MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, PROVINCE OF CEBU.

Pursuant to the provisions of section twenty-one of Act Numbered One thousand one hundred and twenty of the Philippine Commission, entitled "An Act providing for the administration and temporary leasing and sale of a certain hacienda and parcels of land, commonly known as friar lands, for the purchase of which the Government of the Philippine Islands has recently contracted, pursuant to the provisions of sections sixty-three, sixty-four, and sixty-five of an Act of Congress of the United States, entitled "An Act temporarily to provide for the administration of the affairs of civil government of the Philippine Islands, and for other purposes,’ approved on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and two," as amended by section three of Act Numbered Two thousand eight hundred and four and section three of Act Numbered Three thousand three hundred and twenty-three of the Philippine Legislature, and upon condition that the Municipality of Minglanilla shall pay to the friar lands sinking fund the full value of the property hereby reserved, together with the accrued interest thereon, I hereby reserve for school purposes under the administration of the Director of Education lot numbered seven thousand eighty-four-B (7084-B) not lot (8399) of the Talisay-Minglanilla fiar lands estate situated in the Barrio of Camp 7, Municipality of Minglanilla, Province of Cebu, Philippines, as described on the subdivision plan Fls-706, to wit:

A parcel of land (lot No. 7084-B of the subdivision plan Fls-706, being a portion of lot No. 7084 of Talisay-Minglanilla Estate, G. L. R. O. Record No. 3732), situated in the barrio of Camp No. 7 municipality of Minglanilla, Province of Cebu. Bounded on all sides by lot No. 7084-A of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 72ْ 01’ W., 718.40 m. more or less, from monument "N," Talisay-Minglanilla Estate: thence S. 76ْ 01’ W., 103.80 m. to point "2"; thence N. 9ْ 04’ W., 97.01 m. to point "3"; thence N. 81ْ 27’ E., 98.68 m. to point "4"; thence S. 6ْ 58’ E., 47.11 m. to point "5"; thence S. 18ْ 15’ E., 40.66 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of nine thousand one hundred thirty (9,130) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground, are marked by B. L. concrete monuments 15 by 60 centimeters; bearings true; declination, 1ْ 25’ E.; date of the original survey, July 15, 1908, and that of the subdivision survey, September 4-5, 1930.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed.
