RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES THREE PARCELS OF LAND IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLANDS OF PALAWAN, CASIAN, AND BATAS.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Palawan, Islands of Palawan, Casian, and Batas, and more particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-324, to wit:

Lot No. 1 (barrio of Bantulan, Island of Palawan).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-324, N. 51 ْ07’ W. 11.92 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Bantulan, municipality of Taytay, thence N. 7 ْ21’ E. 68.46 m. to point 2; N. 7 ْ21’ 1.97 m. to point 3; S. 89 16’ E., 63.86 m. to point 4; S. 5 47’ W. 71.75 m. to point 5; S. 5 47’ W. 4.52 m. to point 6; N. 84 00’ W. 65.53 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 4,733 square meters.

Point 3, intersection; points 4 and 5, old B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north by property of Jacinto H. Alli; on the east, by properties of the municipal government of Taytay and Marcos Miraflores; on the south, by property of Marcos Miraflores; and on the marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-324, sheet No. 1.

Note.—All corners not otherwise described are B. L. concrete monuments, 15 by 60 cms.

Lot No. 2 (barrio of Casian, Island of Casian).—Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-324, N. 84ْ 39’ E. 937.10 m., more or less, from Coast and Geodetic Survey triangulation station "Pinachuiyan", municipality of Taytay, thence S. 74 ْ 40’ W. 33.27 m. to point 2; N. 18 ْ29’ W. 81.99 m. to point 3; N. 82 ْ38’ E. 5.38 m. to point 4; S. 18 ْ13’ E. 39.22 m. to point 5; 72 ْ47’ E. 28.05 m. to point 6; S. 18 ْ35’ E. 42.93 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 1,613 square meters.

Points 4 and 5, old B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast, by property of the municipal government of Taytay and public land (church yard); on the the southeast, by property of Silvestre Villagracia; on the southwest, by property of Francisca Villagracia; and on the northwest, by properties of Francisca Villagracia and the municipal government of Taytay.

No. 12, barrio of Batas, municipality of Taytay, thence S. 76 ْ15’ E. 118.05 m. to point 2; S. 37 ْ04’ W. 174.69 m. to point 3; S. 51 ْ59’ W. 84.66 m. to point 4; N. 40 ْ53’ W. 123.31 m. to point 5; N. 37 ْ42’ E. 36.58 m. to point 6; N. 49 ْ53’ E. 151.22 m. to point of beginning.

Containing an area of 27,414 square meters.

Points 1 and 2, B. L. concrete monuments; points 3, 4, 5, and 6, nails in crosses on trees.

Bounded on the northeast, by public land; on the southeast by Taytay Bay (salvage zone); on the southwest, by public land; and on the northwest, by public land (mangroves).
