RESERVING FOR RAILROAD PURPOSES FIVE PARCELS OF LAND IN THE CITY OF MANILA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for railroad purposes, under the administration of the Manila Railroad Company, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain situated in the City of Manila, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd—4867, to wit:

Lot No. 1-B, The Manila Railroad Co.—A parcel of land (lot No. 1-B of the subdivision plan Bsd-4867, being a portion of lot No. 1 of plan SH-154), situated in the District of San Nicolas, City of Manila. Bounded on the E., by lot No. 4, block No. 2701, lot No. 5, block No. 1820, and lot No. 2-C of the subdivision plan; on the S., by lots Nos. 2-C, 1-A, and 2-D of the subdivision plan; and on the NW. by Manila Bay and lot No. 2-B of plan Psu-46494-Amd. Bounded on the east, by block No. 2701; on the southeast, by lot No. 4; on the west, by lot No. 1-B of plan Bsd-4867; and on the northwest, by lot No. 1-B of plan Psu-46494-AMD. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 47 ْ34’ W., 348.59 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 15, Manila Cadastre, and N. 21 ْ54’ W., 618.03 m. more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 27, Manila cadastre; thence N. 1 ْ39’ W., 14.77 m. to point "2," thence N. 44 ْ69’ E., 51.70 m. to point "3;" thence S. 3 ْ39’ E., 12.90 m. to point "4;" thence S. 43 ْ52’ W., 53.36 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of five hundred thirty-one square meters and forty square decimeters (531.40), more or less.
