MALACAÑAN PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 120 AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 48, SERIES OF 1918, RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF GLAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby amended Executive Order Numbered Forty-eight, series of nineteen hundred and eighteen, to read as follows: "Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the municipal district of Glan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14751, to wit: "Block No. 13-Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14751, N.28˚ 01’ W. 254.98 m. more or less from B.L.B.M. No. 1, Glan townsite, thence North 100.00 m. to point 2; East 100.00 m. to point 3; South 100.00 m. to point 4; West 100.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 10,000 square meters. "Bounded on the North and East, by lot No. 415; on the south, by road; and on the west, by the road. Block No.14.-Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14751, N. 19˚ 26’ W. 360.53 m., more or less, from B. L .B. M No. 1, Glan townsite, thence North 100.00 m. to point 2; East 100.00 m to point 3; South 100.00 m. to point 4; West 100.00 m. to point 1, to point of beginning. "Containing an area of 10,000 square meters. "Bounded on the North, by public land (manglars); on the east and south, by lot No. 415; and on the west, by road. "Block No. 20.-Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14751, N. 1˚ 16’ W. 225.06 m., more or less B.L.B.M. No. 1, Glan townhouse, thence North 100.00 m. to point 2; East 100.00 m., to point 3; South 100.00 m., to point 4; West 100.00 to point 1, point of beginning. "Containing an area of 10,000 square meters. "Bounded on the north, by lot No. 415; on the east and south by road; and on the west, by lot No. 415. "Block No. 21.- Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of lands plan Swo-14751, N. 0˚ 51’ W. 340.04 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, Glan townsite, thence North 100.00m. to point 2; East 100.00m. to point 3; South 100.00m. to point 4; West 100.00m. to point 1, to point of beginning. "Containing an area of 10,000 square meters. "Bounded on the north, by public land (manglars); on the east, by road: and on the south and west, by lot No. 415. "An additional lot No.415.-Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14751, N. 1˚ 16’ W. 225.06m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, Glan townsite, thence West 15.00 m. to point 2; North 100.00 m. to point 3; West 100.00 m. to point 4; North 15.00m to point 5; East 100.00m. to point 6; North 100.00 m. to point 7; East 15.00m. to point 8; South 100.00 m. to point 9; east 100.00 m. to point 19; South 15.00 m. to point 11; West 100.00 m. to point 12; South 100.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning. "Containing an area of 6,225 square meters. "Bounded on the North, by block No. 14, public land (manglars), and block No. 21; on the east, by block No. 21, road, and block No. 20; on the south, by block No. 20, road, and block No. 13; and on the west, by block No. 13, road, and block No. 14. "Bearings true. Declination,1˚ 50’ E. "Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14751. "Surveyed: During 1914. Approved: November 13, 1936. "Note.-All corners are P.L S./B.
