ADOPTION OF THE CAMP JOHN HAY DEVELOPMENT PLAN

In line with the enactment of Republic Act No. 7227, otherwise known as the Bases Conversion Development Authority Law which provides for the adoption, preparation and implementation of a comprehensive detailed development plan for the sound and balanced conversion of the baselands and in consonance with Resolution No. 92-01 of the John Hay Advisory Council, the John Hay Development Plan as designed by the Planning Resources and Operation System and presented by the Presidential Task Force For Bases Conversion, the Philippine Tourism Authority and Department of Tourism is hereby approved as the framework plan for the development of Camp John Hay, Baguio City.

In pursuit of the base conversion program as contained in the abovementioned framework plan, Presidential Task Force for Bases Conversion (PTFBC), and the Philippine Tourism Authority (PTA)/Department of Tourism (DOT) is hereby ordered to work in close coordination with other government agencies for support and services which may be necessary for the successful implementation of the Base Conversion Program.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.

Memorandum Order No. 346 is hereby expressly repealed in its entirety.ᇈWᑭHILp>
