1. In a meeting with Senators last July 11, 1992, there is need to establish the proper protocol and system of precedence between the Executive and his Cabinet and the members of the Legislature.

2. Please prepare immediately a study on protocol and official precedence for Presidential approval and for presentation to the Cabinet and the members of Congress.

3. This study should be submitted within 10 days from date of this Memorandum Order.1aшphi1
