RECONSTITUTING THE SELECTION BOARD IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

The Selection Board in the Office of the President is hereby reconstituted pursuant to LOI 799, dated January 29, 1979, as follows:

Deputy Executive Secretary Dionisio C. de la Serna Chairman

Presidential Assistant Leonora V. de Jesus Member

Director Floriño O. Ibañez
(the official in the Office of the President directly responsible for personnel management) Member

A representative from the management staff of the organizational unit where the vacancy exists Member

Two representatives of the rank and file employees, one from the first level and one from the second level who shall both be chosen by the duly registered/accredited employee association in the department or agency.1aшphi1 The former shall sit during the screening of candidates for vacancies in the first level, while the latter shall participate in the screening of candidates for vacancies in the second level.
The Personnel Office shall provide secretarial services to the Board. Members

As herein reconstituted, the Selection Board shall perform the same functions as defined in the aforementioned LOI.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
