CREATING A COMMITTEE TO REVIEW THE PROPOSAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE WALLACE AIR STATION AT PORO, SAN FERNANDO, LA UNION, AS AN INDUSTRIAL-COMMERCIAL COMPLEX.
A Committee is hereby created to review the proposal of the Provincial Governor of La Union for the development of the Wallace Air Station at Poro, San Fernando, La Union, into an industrial-commercial complex.1aшphi1
The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The Committee may enlist the assistance of the concerned departments and agencies of the government in the accomplishment of its task.
Enclosed is the letter dated July 3, 1991 of the Provincial Governor of La Union embodying the reasons in support of his proposal.
This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
