EXEMPTING THE AREAS SEVERELY AFFECTED BY THE JULY 16, 1990 EARTHQUAKE FROM THE COVERAGE OF THE ENERGY OPERATIONS BOARD MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 10-01, S. OF 1990

To pave the way for immediate rehabilitation, the areas severely affected by the July 16, 1990 earthquake, where the existence of a state of public calamity has been declared pursuant to Proclamation Nos. 613, 615, 618, 636, and 644, all S. of 1990, are hereby exempted from the coverage of the Energy Operations Board Memorandum Circular No. EOB-10-01 on the ten percent (10%) reduction in the sales and deliveries of petroleum products to petroleum fuel resellers, distributors, marketers, retailers including bulk sales to industrial/commercial or agricultural customers and other agencies, corporations, or individuals directly withdrawing their petroleum product requirements from oil companies’ depots, bulk plants and other storage and distribution facilities.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force and effect until otherwise revoked.1aшphi1
