Pursuant to Executive Order No. 225, otherwise known as the Omnibus Investments Code of 1987, and as recommended by the Board of Investments, the attached 1990 Investments Priorities Plan is hereby approved.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in at least one newspaper of general circulation.1aшphi1
