[ Memorandum Order No. 205, November 25, 1988 ]

PROHIBITION AGAINST THE USE OF THE PRESIDENTIAL SEAL “SAGISAG NG PANGULO” IN OFFICE STATIONERIES AND UNIFORMS.

It has come to our attention that some offices under the Office of the President, are using the Presidential Seal “Sagisag ng Pangulo” in their stationeries and office uniforms.

Considering that the Presidential Seal is personal to the President of the Republic of the Philippines, it should only be for the exclusive use of the President.1aшphi1 Accordingly, all offices under the Office of the President are henceforth prohibited to use the Presidential Seal in their office stationeries and uniforms.
