MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 179, June 21, 1988 ] AUTHORIZING THE REGIONAL CONSULTATIVE COMMISSION FOR MUSLIM MINDANAO TO ADOPT THE OP PAY PLAN/SALARY RATES AUTHORIZED FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (PROPER) For the purpose of placing the basic salary rates of positions in the Regional Consultative Commission for Muslim Mindanao (RCCMM) at par with comparable positions in agencies covered by OP Pay Plan, the rank and file positions of the RCCMM are hereby authorized to adopt the OP Pay Plan/salary rates as adjusted under National Compensation Circular No. 51 (Salary Schedule K). Funds needed to implement this Order shall be taken from the Agency’s CY 1988 Personal Services as appropriated.
