FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 62, DATED OCTOBER 28, 1963, AS AMENDED BY MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 291 DATED JULY 5, 1972, ENTITLED, “CREATING A RECORDS MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.”
Memorandum Order No. 62, dated October 28, 1963, as amended, creating a Committee on Records Retention and Disposal for the Office of the President, is hereby further amended to reconstitute the membership thereof to be composed of representatives from the following offices:
Administrative Office
Correspondence Office
Finance Office
Legal Office
Office of the Assistant Executive
Secretary for Legislatio
Malacañang Public Assistance Cente
Malacañang Records Offic
Office of the Executive Secretary
Deputy Executive Secretary
(OES/ODES)
The heads of the aforementioned offices are hereby authorized to designate their respective representatives to the Committee.1aшphi1
This Order takes effect immediately.
