MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 162
CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE OFFICIAL VISIT OF HIS EXCELLENCY FELIPE GONZALEZ, PRESIDENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF SPAIN.
There is hereby created a National Committee to take charge of the arrangements connected with the Official Visit of His Excellency FELIPE GONZALEZ, PRESIDENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF SPAIN to be composed of the following:

The Committee shall be responsible for the planning, coordination and smooth execution of all arrangements to be made in connection with the Official Visit.1aшphi1
The Committee is authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or any instrumentality of the government, including government-owned and controlled corporations, for such assistance as it may need in discharging its duties and functions. The Committee is likewise authorized to create sub-committees as necessary.
This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
