MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 162-A, March 25, 1988 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 162 DATED MARCH 16, 1988 CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE OFFICIAL VISIT OF HIS EXCELLENCY FELIPE GONZALEZ, PRESIDENT OF THE GOVERNMENT OF SPAIN. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Memorandum Order No. 162 dated March 16, 1988 creating a National Committee to take charge of the official visit of His Excellency Felipe Gonzalez, President of the Government of Spain, is hereby amended to include Honorable Juan Jose Rocha, Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the President to the Kingdom of Spain, as Member of the National Committee.
