[ Memorandum Order No. 95, June 26, 1987 ]

In view of the expiration of the legal existence of the Philippine Commission for International Youth Year (PCIYY) on May 3, 1987, and the completion of the winding up of its affairs on June 30, 1987, it is hereby directed that all the equipment and properties, accounting records and other official documents be transferred to the Office of the President for proper disposition.

The Property Unit of the Finance Office shall undertake the necessary inventory thereof in the presence of a COA representative. The unexpanded balance of the released appropriation as certified by the PCIYY Auditor shall be returned to the National Treasury through the Department of Budget and Management.

Employees concerned are enjoined to submit their Sworn Statements of Assets and Liabilities, pursuant to RA No. 3016 and the usual clearance from their cash and property accountabilities as required by law.1aшphi1
